Our Lady's School: Transitional Kindergarten

Children who have reached the age of 4 by September 1 are welcome to register for our Transitional Kindergarten program. This program is designed to prepare children for Kindergarten.

Philosophy
We believe parents are the primary educators of their children and that parental involvement is directly related to student's success. Therefore, we encourage parent participation and volunteerism and maintain an open door policy for parents to visit our classroom.

Our Purpose
We provide a spiritual, happy, loving, creative, educational and safe environment. Our age appropriate learning centers help develop the whole child: socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually.

Goal
Our goal is to prepare our students for Kindergarten in the areas of language readiness, oral language, socialization skills and assistance with emotional development.

Religious Education
Gospel values are integrated into all areas of the school program, and Christianity is demonstrated as a life to be lived, not merely a subject to be taught.
